当wscript.shell组件被禁用时 可以用Shell.Application执行命令，但是没有在网上找到一个比较好用的，于是自己动手来弄弄

Syntax

Key

application   The file to execute (required)

parameters    Arguments for the executable

dir           Working directory

verb          The operation to execute (runas/open/edit/print)

window        View mode application window (normal=1, hide=0)
